Cost of Shipping

Kinjo Art ships all items free of charge. We work with multiple carriers to make sure we can get your purchase to you as quickly as possible.

Cost of Customs

Any custom or duty fees incurred are strictly the responsibility of the purchaser. You will be contacted by your regional government, or the carrier acting on behalf of your government, about what fees are due and when. Unfortunately, after Kinjo Art has shipped your purchase, we are not able to provide detailed support for questions concerning customs. Please contact your local or regional customs clearing department for help.

Trade Embargoes

Kinjo Art fulfills orders of Japanese art, servicing the vast majority of countries. Unfortunately, we are prohibited from selling to residents of the following embargoed nations. We use automated software to prohibit sales to these countries, but we reserve the right to manually cancel any order that we suspect of attempting to circumvent our software.
